FAQ.
Here are some questions our members had before joining Planvine:
How does it work?
It’s easy – take our quiz based on what you enjoy doing and we'll give you a personalised what's on guide for free.
How much do you recommend to me in my personalised what's on guide?
Our members have told us that they don't want too much choice and they don't want to little; so we think 10 or so great-looking events is just right.
How do you know what I like?
We use the results from your quiz and run them through our super duper recommendation engine to match you with the events that we have on Planvine. We'll also ask you for feedback on the recommendations we give you, as well as using your social graph to match you with events - these features are coming soon.
I’ve decided what I want to go to, what now?
If you've found an event you want to go to, simply click the 'get tickets' button and we'll show you where you need to head to to get yourself some tickets.
Do I have to pay to get my personalised what's on guide?
Not at all. We'll give you personalised event recommendations every month, for free.
What are the kinds of events that you suggest to me?
Your personalised what's on guide will include all kinds of events, depending on what you've told us you like or don't like; theatre, film, music, comedy, sports, art, debates, outdoor activities, you name it. The best thing is that we scour London to find you the most interesting things that are going on; the kind of stuff you might not normally think to look for. Take a look at our event Sneak Peek for a taste of the events we recommend.
How far in advance are the events that are available to me?
We tend to put events up for anywhere between a few days and 6 weeks ahead. Sometimes the events will be sooner and sometimes they will be further away.
How often do you put new events onto Planvine?
We do an event rotation regularly. We'll be sure to let you know when this happens so you can see the latest great stuff you could be going to.
What if I join but don’t like the look of anything you’re offering?
We spend a lot of time finding the best and most interesting events in London. The kind of stuff that you hear people talking about sometimes and wish that you were going to. We also try our best to cover every base and cater for all sorts of interests, so hopefully, we'll hit the nail on the head. Plus, it's free to get your personalised what's on guide; so you've got nothing to lose!
I want to speak to someone, how do I know you’re not just a bunch of robots?
No problem, drop us an email to say hi and one of our team (a human) will reply.
